No Show/Cancellation Policy

Patients are financially responsible for a $50 no-show/cancellation fee if they miss an appointment or cancel without 24-hour notice. While unforeseen circumstances may arise, consistent no-shows can disrupt the clinic’s operations and prevent other patients from receiving timely care. The following conditions will prompt a no-show fee, which will be the patient’s responsibility: if patient no-shows or short notice cancels/reschedules three (3) times or has five (5) cancellations/reschedules in a 12-month period. A fee of $50 will be charged for each missed appointment after the third no-show or short notice cancellation/reschedule within a 12-month period. A fee of $50 will be charged for each cancellation/reschedule after the fifth instance within a 12-month period. There may be exceptional circumstances that lead to missed appointments or frequent rescheduling. If a patient believes that a no-show fee has been applied unfairly, they may contact the clinic’s administrative office to discuss the situation and request an appeal.
